'Less, Yet Beautiful' is a global online photo contest hosted by cizucu, open to all creators registered on cizucu. Outstanding submissions will be curated, aiming to discover new talent for the platform and foster support within the community.

This edition’s theme is ‘Negative Space’.

Photography is not only about what is depicted, but also about what is intentionally left out—the negative space.
The tranquility that emerges within the frame. The presence of intervals where unspoken emotions linger.

Negative space offers a place for the viewer’s imagination and memories to quietly enter.
It is precisely by not overcrowding the frame that beauty and calmness are born. Capture these moments freely from your own perspective.

A small sail floats on the calm water. Nestled between the shadow of the mountains and the light of the sky, its presence is so serene that it’s unclear whether it is moving or still. Within the vast negative space, time seems to lose its pace, flowing quietly in this work.

On the inorganic wall and floor, a shaft of light creates a distinct area. The number “406” barely anchors the place and time to reality. Within the negative space, devoid of any human presence, light and shadow seem to engage in a quiet dialogue.
