Ricoh Imaging Company, Ltd. announces the high-end compact digital camera 'RICOH GR III Diary Edition'. It will be available for sale from April 21, 2023. The price is open, with an expected retail price in the 120,000 yen range (including tax).
The 'RICOH GR III Diary Edition Special Limited Kit', a limited edition of 2,000 units released on January 20, 2023 (now sold out), omits the leather finger strap, metal hot shoe cover, and dedicated canvas case. Aside from these omissions, it is identical to the 'RICOH GR III Diary Edition Special Limited Kit'.
Body Color that Blends into Daily Life
The metallic warm gray body is characterized by its 'subdued presence as a camera, easily blending into daily life with a warm color', and 'a sense of trust and quality with its metallic texture and surface'. It is also practical with a grip that prevents slipping, adopting a dark brown different from the original.
'Negative Film Tone'
In line with the latest firmware released on January 20, 2023, it features the latest image control 'Negative Film Tone'. By adjusting based on various negative film expressions, it achieves a perfect balance of faded print-like appearance from negative film while maintaining vibrant colors.
