[Community Staff Open Call] Paris, France | photo poster project

The photo poster project exhibition—open to anyone simply by selecting a city and date—will make its Paris debut on Saturday, October 10 and Sunday, October 11, 2026, at a gallery in the Marais district.

photo poster project (ppp) is more than a photography exhibition. It is an in-person community where everyone can share their story with confidence, as well as an opportunity to connect face-to-face with creators from around the world. One of ppp’s defining features is its community staff: people who share the same philosophy in every city where the project takes place.

As we prepare to launch ppp in Paris, a city we love, we are opening applications for community staff who will become the heart of this creative community. • From €300 per two-day exhibition (subject to change based on experience and other considerations)
  • Approximately 20–25 working hours are anticipated for each edition
  • During the current launch phase, exhibitions are planned approximately once every two to three months (subject to change)
  • Any requests that fall substantially outside the scope of work outlined below will be discussed separately

The following responsibilities are anticipated for the launch and approximately the first three editions.

• On-site management across both exhibition days
• Leading a pre-event kickoff session for staff (approximately one hour)
• Participating in a pre-event briefing meeting (two hours; first edition only)
• Coordinating with the printing partner and collecting posters and other materials (not required for the first edition)
• [FACT CHECK REQUIRED] Selecting and contacting an exhibition space in London (not required for the first edition or for subsequent editions held in the same space)
• Other duties related to the management of ppp exhibitions

• Based in or near Paris
• French-speaking
• Available on both Saturday, October 10 and Sunday, October 11
• Conscientious and dependable
• Able to inspire a team and foster a sense of cohesion
• Able to contribute to the project’s ongoing operation
