Story by laoi

🗣️ laoi's 'Anxiety' and 'Joy'
Usually, I only view my photos on a smartphone screen, so I was worried about how they would look when printed large, thinking, 'What if the flaws become visible?' However, I learned about the benefits of enlarging photos, such as discovering details that can only be seen in a larger format and enjoying the process of observing them closely. This gave me a new perspective.
Normally, I would swipe past photos outside my favorite genres, but this time, I took the time to appreciate other genres and share thoughts with others, which was very enjoyable. Additionally, interacting with other participants allowed me to hear the stories behind their photos and get a glimpse into their lives through the lens, which was incredibly inspiring.

I was nervous, wondering, 'What kind of people will come? Will I be able to talk to them easily? How will my work turn out?' I was excited and anxious in many ways.
However, once I participated, everyone was very friendly and approachable. I also received straightforward feedback like, 'I love this part of your photo!' The time flew by, and I felt it was a very fulfilling experience.

As it was my first time participating, I was nervous throughout the beginning. I barely remember what I said when talking about my photos.
However, as time went on, thanks to the staff's thoughtfulness, I realized that sharing the same hobby meant we had plenty to talk about! It was so much fun!
The discussions about photography and cameras with other creators were fascinating, and I had a very meaningful time. I even got to create my first business card featuring my own photos and exchange them with others. I am deeply grateful to cizucu for providing such a wonderful opportunity.
The warm and welcoming atmosphere made it a very comfortable space.
