[Exhibitors Wanted] June Event in Tokyo | Showcase Your Photos as Posters | Release #499

The is an exhibition where photographers can gather, share the joy of showcasing their work, and create opportunities for growth.

The event will be held over two days, Saturday, June 7, and Sunday, June 8, at in Tokyo.

Participating in the , hosted by cizucu, is very simple.


(1) Choose the exhibition date and location

(2) Make an easy payment via credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay

(3) Submit your work to cizucu to apply


Then, all you need to do is show up at the venue. Many photographers from the same area will also participate, so you might even find future photography friends.

* Exhibits will be completely replaced each day. If you wish to exhibit for two days, you must apply twice (the same work cannot be exhibited on both days).

【Participation Fee】
6,000 yen (includes A2 printing, setup, and venue fee)
* Admission to view the exhibition is free.

【Theme】
“Shapes”
Submit works that explore “shapes” in any way you interpret them—shapes that catch your attention, shapes that express your thoughts, or shapes you see every day.

【Deadlines】

* Applications are on a first-come, first-served basis if there are too many submissions.

Submission Deadline
Sunday, June 1, 6:00 PM (for both days)
* Late submissions will not be accepted (exhibition not possible).

Please read the following notes carefully before registering.

• If your participation is confirmed, the participation fee of 6,000 yen (including printing, setup, and venue fees) will apply. The fee is non-refundable, even if you fail to submit your work or are absent on the day of the event.
• Submit works that meet the following conditions:
  • File Size Requirements
    • (Recommended) Approximately 7020×4950 pixels
    • (Mandatory) At least 3307×4677 pixels
  • Vertical orientation only
  • Single photo (collages, photos with text, or framed works are not allowed)
• To ensure all participants have a positive experience, please read the community rules when applying.
• Photos of the event will be taken on the day. These may be used on the website, social media, or advertisements.
• Participants present at the end of the event can take their photo posters home. Shipping is not available, so please bring your own bag for carrying the poster.
