Mandatory Attendance Time for Exhibitors:
1:30 PM ~ 3:30 PM
* Exhibitors must be present at the venue during this time.

Participation Fee:
6,000 yen (includes A2 printing, setup, and venue costs)
* Admission to view the exhibition is free.

Theme:
“Shapes”
Submit works that explore “shapes” in any way you interpret—shapes that catch your attention, shapes that express your thoughts, or shapes you see every day.

* Applications are on a first-come, first-served basis if there are many submissions.

Work Submission Deadline:
Sunday, June 1, 6:00 PM
* Late submissions will not be accepted (and cannot be exhibited).

Important Notes

Please read the following notes carefully before applying:

  • If your participation is confirmed, the participation fee of 6,000 yen (includes printing, setup, and venue costs) will apply. This fee is non-refundable, even if you fail to submit your work or are absent on the day of the event.
  • Submit works that meet the following conditions:
    • File Size Requirements:
      • (Recommended) Approximately 7020×4950 pixels
      • (Mandatory) At least 3307×4677 pixels
    • Portrait orientation only
    • Single photo (collages, photos with text, or photos with frames are not allowed)
  • To ensure all participants have a positive experience, please read the community rules when applying.
  • Photos of the event will be taken and may be published on the website, social media, or advertisements.
  • Participants present at the end of the event can take their photo posters home. Shipping is not available.
