Finding your own light in a quiet room

In the late afternoon, light slips through a curtain and settles across a table, a chair, and the floor. A room does not need to be perfectly arranged to hold a quiet story. The open book, a cup left by the window, or the soft shape of a shadow can reveal how someone lives there. Look for the small relationship between light and object, and the familiar room may begin to feel like a scene only you could notice.
