How to use · It is highly portable and easy to take along when traveling. It can be used with a wide range of E-mount lenses. Its high-speed continuous shooting makes it suitable for photographing fast-moving subjects.

Watchouts · It is not dust- or moisture-resistant. The buffer may be small, such as when shooting RAW. The autofocus was the fastest at the time, but compared with the latest models, its subject-tracking performance is inferior, especially for fast-moving subjects. It does not support 4K video recording. The LCD monitor may be difficult to see in direct sunlight. Battery life is good, but a spare battery may be necessary for extended shooting. It does not have in-body image stabilization (IBIS). It does not offer a fully silent shutter function (electronic front-curtain shutter only).
