COLOR-SKOPAR 18mm F2.8 Aspherical: Slim Wide-Angle Lens Dedicated to X-Mount | COSINA Co., Ltd.

COSINA Co., Ltd. will release the Voigtländer interchangeable lens, COLOR-SKOPAR 18mm F2.8 Aspherical X-mount, in February 2024. The retail price is 88,000 yen (tax included). Available in both silver and black finishes.

This model is a manual focus wide-angle lens exclusively for Fujifilm X-mount, offering a 28mm equivalent angle of view in 35mm format—ideal for tabletop photography and snapshots. Featuring dual-sided aspherical elements and anomalous partial dispersion glass, it ensures outstanding optical performance. With a maximum aperture of F2.8, the compact pancake-style design is achieved. The dimensions are identical to the previously released ULTRON 27mm F2 X-mount (equivalent to 40mm in 35mm format).

The built-in electronic contacts support Exif data, focus check, and display of shooting distance. On select models (X-H1, X-T4, X-S10, X-H2S, X-H2, X-T5), in-body image stabilization is also available. Thanks to Fujifilm's information disclosure, highly reliable communication is achieved. The focus ring is equipped with a focus lever, and unlike genuine XF lenses, the aperture ring is directly linked to the aperture blades, allowing for a tactile and direct operational feel.
