Canon is launching the PowerShot V10, a Vlog camera featuring a 1.0-inch image sensor. Pricing is open, with an estimated retail price of around 60,500 yen (tax included).

Key features include its compact body (approximately 63.4mm width × 34.3mm depth × 90mm height), making it easy to slip into a pocket. The vertical design, familiar to smartphone users, and a minimalist display interface provide a clear and simple user experience. As a result, even those new to cameras can capture professional-quality video with ease.

Equipped with a 1.0-inch CMOS sensor with approximately 13.1 megapixels and the DIGIC X image processor, the camera supports high-resolution 4K/30P and Full HD/60P video recording. The optimized lens design delivers a wide-angle field of view equivalent to approximately 19mm, ideal for handheld self-shooting, while minimizing distortion for natural rendering.
Additionally, Canon’s first skin-smoothing mode for video is included, along with 14 built-in color filters, allowing users to tailor their footage to suit various scenes and personal preferences. This enables even beginners to create high-quality, personalized video content.
