New Lens for Architectural and Portrait Photography: Tilt-Shift 50mm F1.4 | Focus Workshop

Focus Workshop Co., Ltd. has announced the 7Artisans interchangeable lens, 'Tilt-Shift 50mm F1.4'. Release date: June 20, 2024. Manufacturer's suggested retail price: 47,000 yen (including tax). Compatible mounts: Sony E, Fujifilm X, Micro Four Thirds.

The 7Artisans 'Tilt-Shift 50mm F1.4' is a large-aperture prime lens equipped with tilt-shift functionality to adjust focus range and perspective. By tilting or rotating the lens, it is possible to focus widely on subjects with depth or create a miniature effect by making the focus plane extremely shallow. Additionally, the shift function allows for capturing horizontal and vertical compositions without perspective distortion, making it ideal for panoramic and architectural photography.

With an open aperture of F1.4, the lens beautifully highlights subjects with bokeh, perfect for portrait photography, and delivers clear images even in low-light scenes such as night photography. The 7Artisans 'Tilt-Shift 50mm F1.4' is a lens that promises excellent optical performance and versatility across various shooting scenes.
