The photo poster project is an exhibition that anyone can join simply by choosing a city and date. Since its first edition in Taipei, Taiwan, it has grown into a vibrant community, holding monthly exhibitions and attracting numerous creators.

The photo poster project (ppp) is more than just a photography exhibition. It is a real-world community where anyone can safely share their stories and an opportunity to connect with creators from around the globe. One of ppp's defining features is that in every city worldwide, there are community staff who share the same philosophy.

This time, the manager who has led the Taipei community so far will be stepping down to study abroad. Therefore, we are now seeking a new Community Manager to become the heart of the beloved Taipei creator community. Please apply via the link below. • Management of a real-world community

• NT$4,000 and up / per event (adjusted based on performance, skills, and experience)

All responsibilities are covered by a comprehensive manual that details nearly every step of the preparation process, so even those without prior experience can take on the role with confidence.

• On-site management: Overall support during the event period
• Staff Kick-off: Leading the volunteer briefing session before the event (approx. 1 hour)
• Onboarding Meeting: Participation in initial briefing and information-sharing meeting (approx. 2 hours, only for the first event)
• Coordination with print partners: Logistics coordination and poster pickup with local print partners
• Venue selection: Researching and contacting potential venues in Taipei
• General management: Other tasks related to the overall management and success of ppp events

• Resides in or near Taipei
• Responsible and reliable
• Capable of inspiring the team and fostering unity
• Able to commit to the ongoing management of the project
