There is no set theme, so you may participate with portraits, snapshots, landscapes, or any type of photograph. Whether it's an image with a story you want to share or a photo that captivates you for no particular reason, we look forward to seeing your unique work.

Please read the following notes carefully before submitting your application.

• The participation fee includes printing, installation, and venue costs. Once your participation is confirmed, the fee is non-refundable, even if you do not submit your work or are absent on the day.
• Please ensure your submission meets the following requirements:
  • File Size Requirements
    • (Recommended) Short side at least 4000 pixels
    • (Required) Short side at least 2000 pixels
  • Vertical format only
  • Single photograph (collages, works with text overlays, or frames are not permitted)
• To ensure a positive experience for all participants, please read the community guidelines at the time of submission.
• Event documentation will take place on the day. Photos and videos may be published on our website, social media, or in promotional materials.
• Participants present at the end of the event may take their photo poster home. We are unable to provide shipping at a later date.

Q: How do I pay the participation fee?
A: After selecting the exhibition space and date, you can pay by credit card or, depending on your device, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Please note that payments are non-refundable. The participation fee is required even if you are absent on the day.

Q: Where do I submit my artwork?
A: After completing your payment, you will be automatically redirected or receive a link via email to submit your work.

Q: Can I take my poster home?
A: You may take your poster home if you are present at the venue at the end of the event (17:00). Please note that we do not offer shipping. Please bring your own bag for the poster.

Q: Can I invite friends to view my exhibition?
A: Absolutely! After receiving your participation confirmation email, feel free to share the event on social media.

Q: I heard I can make business cards—how does that work?
A: Details will be provided by email after your participation is confirmed.
