Introduction
'Places with People' is a global online photography contest organized by cizucu, open to any creator registered on cizucu. Outstanding submissions are curated from all entries, with the aim of discovering new talent for the platform and supporting the community as a whole.
The theme for this edition was ‘Places with People’.
Sometimes, a place only reveals its true character when people are present.
Someone standing still. Someone walking away. The quiet presence of someone lingering.
As these existences overlap, a space that was once just empty transforms into a scene imbued with meaning.
'Places with People' brought together works that captured the subtle and rich relationships born between people and places.

In the backlight reminiscent of dusk, the silhouettes of performers on stage quietly emerge, while the presence of the audience in front conveys the energy of the scene. Even if individual expressions are not visible, the collective presence of people listening to the music ties the place together as a shared experience. The interplay of silhouettes bathed in light and the gathering of people evoke a rich atmosphere, as if the moment itself is encapsulated within the frame.

The figures of people lined up along the street at the bus stop are inscribed on the frame like a rhythm.
