[Exhibitors Wanted] September 13 (Sat) & 14 (Sun) in Seoul, Hongdae | Showcase Your Photos as Posters | Release #577

The is a photo exhibition where photographers can gather, share the joy of showcasing their work, and create opportunities for growth.

The event will take place over two days, September 13 (Saturday) and September 14 (Sunday), at in Hongdae, Seoul, South Korea.

※ Please apply for the September 14 (Sunday) schedule. The same works will also be displayed on September 13 (Saturday).
※ On September 14 (Sunday) only, exhibitors are required to stay at the venue during the designated time.

Participating in the hosted by cizucu is very simple.

(2) Make an easy payment via credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.

(3) Submit your work to cizucu to apply


All you need to do is show up at the venue. Many photographers from the same area will also participate, so you might find future photography companions.

【Theme】
"A Photo Worth Sharing"
Submit a photo that captures a memorable moment, a breathtaking view, or a cherished memory with a loved one. Portraits, snapshots, landscapes—any genre is welcome as long as it conveys your story.

Please read the following notes carefully before applying. For additional questions, refer to the User Guide.

• Participation fees will still apply if works are not submitted by the specified deadline or if you are absent on the day of the event.
• Submit works that meet the following conditions:
  • File Size Requirements
    • (Recommended) Short side approximately 4000 pixels
    • (Mandatory) Short side at least 2000 pixels
  • Vertical orientation only
  • Single photo (collages, photos with text overlays, or frames are not allowed)
• To ensure a positive experience for all participants, please read the community rules during the application process.
• Photos of the event will be taken and may be used on the website, social media, or advertisements.
• Participants present at the end of the event can take their photo posters home. Shipping is not available.

Q: What does the participation fee include?
A: The fee includes poster printing (take-home option), venue rental, and setup costs.

Q: How can I pay the participation fee?
A: After selecting the venue and date, you can pay via "credit card" or, depending on your device, "Apple Pay" or "Google Pay." Please note that refunds are not available after payment, and fees will still apply if you are absent on the day of the event.

Q: Where can I submit my work?
A: After completing the payment, you will be automatically redirected or receive a link via email to submit your work.

Q: Can I take my poster home?
A: You can take your poster home if you are present at the venue at the end of the event (September 14, 17:00). Please bring your own bag for the poster, as shipping is not available.

Q: Can I invite friends to see my exhibition?
A: Absolutely! After receiving your participation confirmation email, feel free to share the news on social media.

Q: I heard I can create business cards. How can I do that?
A: Details will be provided via email after your participation is confirmed.
