Important Notes

A participation fee of ¥6,000 applies

If your participation in the event is confirmed, a fee of ¥6,000 (including A2 print cost, setup fee, and venue fee) will apply. Payment can be made by credit card or one of the payment methods available from each creator.

Please note that once you receive the confirmation email, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. Also, if you do not attend on the day, the participation fee will still be charged.

On-site Presence on the Day

You may enter and exit the venue at any time during the event, but attendance during the gallery talk is generally required. For those who stay at the venue until the end of the event, a poster will be provided to take home. Please note that shipping is not available.

Other Important Points

• Please note that the event may be shared on social media, etc.
• As this is a Photo Poster exhibition, photos will be trimmed to A2 size.

Community Rules

The photo poster project is an opportunity for creators to interact offline. We believe that getting to know each person – rather than judging technical skill – is the essence of a rich photographic experience. To ensure every creator feels their participation was worthwhile, please adhere to the following community rules on the day of the event.

• Embrace and respect differing opinions.
• Do not engage in actions that may disadvantage other creators.
• When you have an insight or find a work you like, speak up.
• Let's share the joy of creativity together.

Creator Cards

Exclusive to photo poster project participants, you can create business cards featuring your work. Each set contains 100 cards, so you can use them even outside of events.

※ Creating a Creator Card (business card) is a paid option and is not required for participation in the photo poster project.
