Spring into Action Award Announcement | Challenge #9

‘Spring into Action’ is a global online photo contest organized by cizucu, open to all creators registered on cizucu. Outstanding submissions are curated from among the entries, with the aim of discovering new talent as a platform and supporting the community as a whole.

The theme, as the title suggests, is Spring into Action. This phrase, with its seasonal nuance, means ‘to start new plans with the arrival of spring.’

Once again, a wealth of inspiration emerged from the many submissions received. We are pleased to introduce the works of the featured artists.

The scene symbolizes the arrival of spring and inspires the spirit to embark on new beginnings. This work captures a small bird alighting in a lush shrine, evoking the beauty of nature. It offers a sense of hope to those embarking on new journeys with the coming of spring. The vivid tulips in this work convey the emotions associated with spring. The red tulip’s language of flowers is ‘true love,’ while the white tulip symbolizes ‘lost love.’ This duality reflects the complex emotions unique to spring, a season of both encounters and farewells.

The works submitted to ‘Spring into Action’ interpreted the title from a variety of perspectives. In addition to works themed around the season of spring, nature, and flowers, there were also submissions inspired by the word ‘action’ in the title, expressing new challenges.
This contest brought together a diverse range of works, each reflecting the artists’ unique interpretations and intentions. This diversity elevates the collective sentiment toward the arrival of spring and offers inspiration and motivation to take action.
