Mission

When taking photos in Japan, one can sense the seasons through the images. Especially in nature photography, the unique characteristics of each season are vividly captured. From our experiences, we associate the seasons with nature. Historically, the transitions between seasons have evoked feelings of impermanence and aesthetic appreciation. When the bush warbler sings and the cherry blossoms bloom, it is spring. When the greenery deepens and cumulonimbus clouds grow larger, it is summer. When leaves change colors and rice ears droop, it is autumn. When snow falls and we photograph great tits, it is winter. Subjects change with each season. This time's theme is "Nature of Each Season." Please submit your photos that convey the sensation of the seasons through nature.
