Celebrating its centennial, the Kyoto Prefectural Botanical Garden has shared the beauty and restorative power of plants with visitors for a hundred years. In honor of this historic milestone, we are pleased to announce the 2nd Photo Contest. This year’s theme is "Memories of the Botanical Garden." Capture and submit your most cherished moments or breathtaking scenes experienced at the Kyoto Prefectural Botanical Garden. We welcome both recent photographs taken this year and treasured images from the past. Share your photographs depicting the garden’s diverse flora, the coexistence of plants and wildlife, as well as the seasonal landscapes and events within the garden. We look forward to seeing works that connect the memories and inspirations nurtured by the garden to the next century.
