How to use · Live View shooting lets you take photos while checking the image in real time on the LCD monitor. It supports a wide range of shooting situations, with features such as an interchangeable focusing screen, connection to external media via the USB host function, and use with a vertical grip. ISO Auto is also convenient, and aperture-priority and shutter-priority modes are available. Shutter speed, f-number, and ISO sensitivity can each be operated intuitively using dedicated dials or buttons.

Watchouts · As the camera is not fully dust- and weather-sealed, care is needed when using it in harsh environments. In Live View silent shooting mode, flash firing from the sync terminal may not be possible. Be aware that shutter lag or startup speed may sometimes be a concern. Adjusting exposure compensation and Picture Style is recommended to achieve your preferred image quality.
