笑顔の子どもたちと女性が寄り添う日常の瞬間

SUKI: Giving I had never been familiar with the word suki until I searched for its meaning. To my surprise, many things resonated with me, but one stood out most: giving. Through this project, I was reminded that our suki is often what brings us joy and quietly reveals the purpose that moves us. Growing up in the Philippines, I learned from my family, especially from my grandmother, that happiness can be found in brightening someone else’s day. Now, living in the UK and working as a nurse, I have come to realize that giving is not only about tangible things. We can give our time, our prayers, our presence, and even a simple smile. This image is a reflection of that belief, a reminder that even the smallest gestures can create moments of joy and leave the world a little lighter than we found it.
