After You Left The Fujifilm he gave me is why I photograph at all. He taught me how to buy film from the drugstore. He taught me how to load the film. He taught me how to frame and zoom with the little point and shoot. I look through every frame now searching for his face. At least I have these. At least I can tell my children — this is your great-grandfather. He endured everything.
