Matsuyama had many memorable spots for me, but Spot Coffee Stand - a quaint little cafe in the heart of the city - became central to my three years there. It was where I slowly found my place in the local community, which in turn led me to so many incredible people and connections. It's something I never quite experienced while living in bigger cities.
