This photo, taken on Kodak Ektar 100 35mm film in the early morning in May of this year, shows a simple old fishing boat docked in a little Baltic town called Nida. It situated on the Curonian Spit; on one side is a freshwater lagoon and the other is the open Baltic Sea. Lithuanians say that Nida, in the region of Neringa has a special feeling. The light that morning certainly offers a glimpse into what makes the place so unique. I hope to go back soon to be able to sample more of this beautiful light..
