《喧囂之外》 廣闊的體育場裡，加油聲、歡呼聲與裁判的哨音此起彼落，整個賽場被熱烈而沸騰的氣氛所填滿。大部分人的鏡頭都在追逐衝線瞬間的狂喜，或是頒獎台上的耀眼光芒；但我享受攝影的方式，卻是學會在這樣的沸騰裡將視角「收束」，去捕捉那些被喧囂忽略的靜謐瞬間。 「Find Your Frame」對我而言，不只是尋找標準構圖，更是尋找一種安靜的心境。在這張照片中，我刻意壓低了鏡頭，利用前景結構的幾何色塊過濾掉現場無關的干擾，營造出一種壓抑卻又極具獨立感的空間。我選擇抽離繽紛的色彩，用大面積的黑白天空留白，將天地間的雜音一概抹去。 觀景窗的中心，沒有飛奔的疾風，也沒有勝利的張揚，只留下一位雙手叉腰、低頭凝神的選手。在空曠而深邃的背景下，她低頭沉思的肢體線條與那份屏息以待的專注，被黑白光影襯託得格外有重量。那一刻，她彷彿在喧鬧的世界裡隔絕出了一片屬於自己的小天地，正安靜而堅定地與自己對話。 我不盲從於追逐大眾熱鬧的焦點，而是停下腳步，用最平靜的角度去框住這份無聲的堅毅。在留白裡看見力量，在喧囂之外定格下運動員最富尊嚴的片刻——這不僅是我詮釋賽場的方式，更是我熱愛並享受攝影的真正理由。
