A new color negative film from the Chinese company Shanghai, 'Shanghai Shenguang 400', has been released. 'Shanghai Shenguang 400' is noted for its accurate color reproduction, high saturation and resolution, and wide exposure latitude, making it a standout 35mm color negative film. 

The price of 'Shanghai Shenguang 400' is $12.99 per roll (approximately 1,400 yen in Japanese currency), and $120.99 for a set of 10 rolls (approximately 14,000 yen), which is relatively inexpensive for a 36-exposure film.

The company's model 'Shanghai 400' is already being sold on several sites as a budget film, and it is expected that 'Shanghai Shenguang 400' will soon be available in Japan.

The main reason Chinese films are gaining attention is their affordability. Compared to Japanese or Western films, Chinese films offer high cost performance, allowing even the younger generation with limited budgets to enjoy film photography easily. Furthermore, the production volume is stable, making it a promising new source of film supply.
