Panasonic is releasing the L-Mount interchangeable lens 'LUMIX S 26mm F8'. The release date is scheduled for June 20, 2024, with a suggested retail price of 31,900 yen (including tax).

The 'LUMIX S 26mm F8' is a pancake type manual focus lens. It covers the image circle of a 35mm full-frame sensor, featuring a slim and lightweight design. It is designed to fit the mirrorless camera 'LUMIX S9' announced on the same day.

With a fixed aperture of F8, it is optimized for street snapshots with pan-focus. It offers high image quality equivalent to other lenses in the S series, achieving beautiful bokeh. Its high resolution is expected to excel in everyday snapshots and landscape photography.
