Canon has announced the telephoto zoom lens 'CJ27e×7.3B IASE T' in the 'UHDxs' series, equipped with the digital drive unit 'e-Xs V', compatible with 2/3-inch sensor 4K broadcast cameras. The release date is scheduled for late August 2024.

Achieving a class-leading 27x zoom from a wide-angle of 7.3mm to a telephoto end of 197mm. The built-in 2x extender allows for impressive telephoto shooting up to 394mm. Additionally, the newly developed 'e-Xs V' digital drive unit significantly improves iris operation responsiveness, ensuring you don't miss fast-moving subjects.
Equipped with a USB Type-C port, it allows for easy reading and writing of lens settings and user firmware updates. It also offers high compatibility with remote shooting and virtual production.
