On December 21, 2023, Shoten Kobo announced the latest expansion of its innovative mount adapter series, 'SHOTEN UMS,' introducing new models compatible with a variety of camera mounts. The newly released adapters support Leica M, Fujifilm X, Micro Four Thirds, and Hasselblad X mounts. Pricing ranges from ¥23,000 to ¥25,000 (tax included), depending on the mount. Additionally, camera-side mount parts for supplementary purchase are available for ¥5,000 each, allowing users to maximize the utility of their existing equipment.
The 'SHOTEN UMS' series is distinguished by its two-part construction, separating the lens and camera-side mounts. This design enables users to interchange the camera-side mount, facilitating compatibility with different camera systems and offering flexible equipment use across platforms.
