Loa International Co., Ltd. has released the FeiyuTech brand’s new gimbal camera “Pocket 3,” the world’s first model allowing the camera head to be fully detached for shooting and operation. Launched on August 3, 2023, it is available in three packages: camera head only, camera head with remote control, and a package with additional options. The price is set at 49,000 JPY (tax included).

This innovative gimbal camera enables shooting and operation with a fully detachable camera head. From handheld to action shooting, it delivers remarkably stable photos and videos. The camera head weighs just 86g, making it ideal for lightweight shooting, and when paired with the smart remote control, it enables remote operation and extended shooting sessions. This flexibility surpasses conventional gimbal cameras, empowering creative and unrestricted image-making.

A Versatile Action Camera
Equipped with four modes—Active Mode, Bike Mode, Car Mode, and Underwater Mode—Active Mode offers rapid tracking, making it optimal for dynamic movement in all directions. The camera excels as an action camera.
It features a 1/2.3-inch CMOS sensor with an effective pixel count of 12 megapixels. Video recording supports up to 4K/60p, and still images can be captured at up to 4000×3000 pixels. The lens is a wide-angle with a 130° field of view and a maximum aperture of f/2.0, supporting up to 4x zoom.
With the dedicated app, users can remotely control the camera from up to 10 meters away. Captured data can be transferred to a smartphone via the app, enabling timely video editing and sharing on social media platforms.
