Open Call: Exhibit Your Photography as a Poster in Tokyo This October | Release #895

photo poster project is a photography exhibition you can join simply by selecting a city and date.

This project, which we call ppp, is more than just a photography exhibition. It is a community where everyone can share their stories with confidence and an opportunity to connect with creators from around the world in person.

This October, ppp will take place on Sunday, October 11, at HIBIYA OKUROJI G14 in Hibiya, Tokyo!

Joining photo poster project, organized by cizucu, could not be easier.


(1) Choose the exhibition space and date

(2) Pay easily by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or another supported method

(3) Upload your work to cizucu and complete your submission


After that, all you need to do is come to the exhibition. Many photographers from the local area will also be taking part, so you may even meet future friends and collaborators through photography.

【Theme】
“Open Theme / Free Choice”
There is no set theme. Submissions may include portraiture, street photography, landscapes, or photography of any other genre. We look forward to seeing a work that feels uniquely yours—whether it holds a story you want to share or simply draws you in for reasons you cannot quite explain.

Please read the following information carefully before registering to participate.

• The participation fee includes printing, installation, and exhibition space costs. Please note that once payment has been made, the fee remains payable and is non-refundable even if you do not submit your work or are absent on the day.
• Please submit work that meets the following requirements:
  • File Size Requirements
    • (Recommended) At least 4,000 pixels on the short side
    • (Required) At least 2,000 pixels on the short side
  • Portrait orientation only
  • A single photograph only (collages, works with overlaid text, framed images, and similar formats are not accepted)
• To help us create an exhibition that every participant will be glad to have joined, please be sure to read the community guidelines when making your submission.
• Photography and filming will take place during the exhibition. Documentation of the exhibition may be published on our website, social media, in advertisements, or through other channels.
• Participants who are present when the exhibition ends may take their photo poster home. Please note that we cannot arrange shipping at a later date.

Q: How do I pay the participation fee?
A: After selecting the exhibition space and date, you can pay by credit card or, depending on your device, through Apple Pay, Google Pay, or another supported method. Please note that payments are non-refundable. The participation fee also applies if you are absent on the day.

Q: Where can I submit my work?
A: Once payment of the participation fee has been completed, you will either be redirected automatically to the submission page or can access it through the link provided by email.

Q: Can I take my poster home?
A: Yes, provided you are at the exhibition space when the exhibition ends at 16:00. Please note that shipping is not available. You will also need to bring your own bag for carrying the poster home.

Q: Can I invite friends or acquaintances to see the exhibition?
A: Absolutely! Once you receive your participation confirmation email, we encourage you to share the exhibition details on social media and elsewhere.

Q: I heard it is possible to create business cards. How can I have them made?
A: Details will be sent to you by email once your participation has been confirmed.

Q: Can I register even if I have not yet chosen which photograph to submit?
A: Yes. Some sessions sell out before the deadline, so we recommend registering first and submitting your work by the submission deadline.
