Please introduce yourself!
I live in Gunma Prefecture and started photography because of my love for travel.
At first, I only took casual photos during my trips, but recently I have been enjoying photography with a focus on landscape work, considering factors such as weather and the position of the sun.
What inspired you to participate?
I was approached via Instagram and felt it was a great opportunity, so I decided to join.
I had known about the for some time and had always been interested. I was also already familiar with cizucu, and it was at a time when I wanted to expand my connections in the photography community.
How was your experience participating?
I learned far more than I expected, and it became a major source of motivation to continue with photography.
The creators I collaborated with were all active in different genres, and I found myself being the only one deeply engaged in landscape photography. However, encountering these differences made me realize that 'the purpose of photography is diverse.'
I now feel that perhaps I can enjoy photography with a bit more freedom and less pressure.
Why did you choose this particular work?
Among the works I created in 2025, this is the one I feel the deepest attachment to.
The vivid autumn foliage, the cold frost, and the interplay of light and shadow illuminating them.
I wanted to express the natural beauty woven by the various 'contrasts' present in the landscape before me, and so I pressed the shutter.
