PPP Celebrates Its 1st Anniversary! Special Exhibition & Pop-Up Event 'access to love' | Release #672

The offline community project 'photo poster project,' launched by cizucu, is about to celebrate its 1st anniversary! First and foremost, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the creators who participated, the staff from around the world who support daily operations, the galleries and hotels that provided venues, and our corporate partners. Thank you so much!

Since the first PPP event on December 28, 2024, we have held a total of 115 PPP events across 16 cities in Japan, Korea, and Taiwan, with over 2,000 creators participating. More than 12,000 messages of love have been exchanged during the exhibitions. The opportunity to look someone in the eye and say, 'That's wonderful,' sparked by a single photo, has gradually begun to spread.

Looking back, I remember how unprepared we were for the first event, staying up all night printing posters and starting setup at 8 AM, completely exhausted. At the time, there were no gallery talks or love messages, and we managed to get through the day with a cash-only system based on trust. It’s amazing to see how much we’ve evolved in just one year (laughs). The thoughts and aspirations behind this project will soon be released as part of our anniversary magazine feature.

On December 28, 2025, exactly one year after the first event, we will host a special event titled 'access to love.' In a world where everything can be done online, gathering in a physical space, displaying works, and exchanging words face-to-face may seem inefficient. However, these seemingly irrational acts are a way to reclaim our imagination for others, which we call 'love.' This past year has been about reaffirming that together.

That’s why we decided to make our 1st anniversary a day filled with love. What’s happening on the day? Where will it be held? Details are provided below. We look forward to seeing you and sharing our final greetings of the year!

We will host a special exhibition featuring creators who participated in past PPP events and received or sent the most love messages, as well as creators curated by cizucu based on this year’s theme.

You can print your favorite photo as a New Year’s card on-site, write a message, and send it. The effort of doing something 'just because' for someone special is the essence of love, isn’t it? Why not write a New Year’s card for the first time in a while?

We will sell goods themed around 'access to love,' including special items like calendars and stickers created in collaboration with domestic and international graphic designers. Check Instagram for updates!

We’re collaborating with TASUKU COFFEE, a favorite spot near cizucu’s office, to create a special drip bag coffee. Whether it will be ready in time is still up in the air… If you find one, consider yourself lucky!

What’s a celebration without curry? You can enjoy the delicious curry from chamois at the venue. Plus, you can sip on carefully selected drinks from KURUTO (store).
