[Exhibitors Wanted] November Event in Sendai | Showcase Your Photos as Posters | Release #646

The is a photo poster exhibition where photographers gather to share the joy of showcasing their work and the opportunity to grow.

It will be held on Saturday, November 22, at in Izumi Ward, Sendai City.

Participating in the hosted by cizucu is very simple.


(1) Choose the exhibition location and date

(2) Make an easy payment via credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay

(3) Submit your work to cizucu to apply


Then, all you need to do is show up at the venue. Many photographers from the same area will also participate, so you might find future photography friends.

* Non-exhibitors can attend for free.

6,000 yen (includes A2 printing, setup, and venue fees)
* Viewing and entry to the exhibition are free.

【Theme】
"No Theme / Free"
There is no set theme, so you can participate with any type of photo, including portraits, snapshots, landscapes, or any other style. We look forward to seeing your unique photos, whether they tell a story you want to share or are simply captivating for no particular reason.

Please read the following notes carefully before applying.

• Once your participation is confirmed, the participation fee of 6,000 yen (including printing, setup, and venue fees) will apply. The fee will still be charged even if you fail to submit your work or are absent on the day.
• Please submit works that meet the following conditions:
  • File size requirements
    • (Recommended) Approximately 7020×4950 pixels
    • (Mandatory) At least 3307×4677 pixels
  • Vertical works only
  • Single photo (collages, photos with text, or frames are not allowed)
• To ensure all participants feel "I'm glad I participated," please read the community rules at the time of application.
• Photos of the event will be taken on the day. The event may be featured on the website, social media, or advertisements.
• Participants present at the end of the event can take their photo posters home. We cannot accommodate requests for later shipping.

Q: How do I pay the participation fee?
A: After selecting the exhibition location and date, you can pay via "credit card" or, depending on your device, "Apple Pay" or "Google Pay." Please note that refunds are not available after payment. The participation fee will also apply if you are absent on the day.

Q: Where can I submit my work?
A: After completing the payment, you can submit your work via an automatically redirected page or a link provided in the confirmation email.

Q: Can I take the poster home?
A: You can take your poster home by being present at the venue at the end of the event (4:00 PM). Please note that we do not offer shipping services. Also, please bring your own bag for the poster.

Q: Can I invite friends to see the exhibition?
A: Of course! After receiving your participation confirmation email, feel free to share the event on social media.

Q: I heard I can create business cards. How can I do that?
A: After your participation is confirmed, details will be provided via email.
