The event will take place on Saturday, October 25, at in Sapporo, Hokkaido.

"A Moment"
Photography captures moments. Every photo is a snapshot of a specific time in a specific era. It could be a moment that moved you unexpectedly or one you intentionally sought out. Let’s gather and exhibit our unique "moments."

Important Notes

Please read the following notes carefully before applying for participation.

  • Once your participation is confirmed, the participation fee of 6,000 JPY (including printing, setup, and venue costs) will apply. The fee will still be charged even if you fail to submit your work or are absent on the day of the event.
  • Please submit works that meet the following conditions:
    • File size requirements
      • (Mandatory) Minimum 2,000 pixels on the shorter side
      • (Recommended) Approximately 7,020 × 4,950 pixels
    • Portrait orientation only
    • Single photo (collages, photos with text, or framed works are not allowed)
  • To ensure all participants feel "glad they participated," please read the community rules at the time of application.
  • Photos of the event will be taken on the day. These may be published on the website, social media, or advertisements.
  • Participants present at the end of the event can take their photo posters home. Shipping is not available.

A: Absolutely! Once your participation is confirmed, feel free to share the event on social media.
