Please introduce yourself!

I’m originally from Fukuoka Prefecture and currently live in Aichi Prefecture. I work as a freelance photographer and photo artist.

With the theme of "photos that tell a story," I engage in corporate and regional photography, as well as exhibitions, photography workshops, and photo walks.

Tell us about your first participation!

While I’ve had experience hosting solo exhibitions and participating in group exhibitions, I was drawn to the power of printing and displaying photos in the large poster format.

Through the challenge of deciding "what to convey" within the constraints of a poster size, I was able to reflect on both my photography and myself. One of the charms of this project is also being able to connect with the thoughts and perspectives of other participants.

Have you experienced any changes after participating multiple times?

In a world overflowing with information, I found it refreshing to form real connections with other participants.

Through the exhibitions, I’ve been able to articulate why I took certain photos, allowing me to engage more deeply with my photography.
Hearing the stories and emotions of others has also been a major source of inspiration.

What do you find appealing about the photo poster project?

I find it fascinating that photos, which are an everyday part of life, can be delivered in the form of poster exhibitions. This is a unique charm of this project.

It’s exciting to see it being held nationwide and to witness its growth and enthusiasm. I’m really looking forward to seeing how it evolves in the future.
