Please introduce yourself!

I started pursuing photography in my late 40s, capturing moments of natural landscapes and wildlife. Currently, as a representative of Japan for WPC2025, I am delivering works that resonate with the heartbeat of the Earth to the world.

What inspired you to participate?

While searching for information on hosting my own photo exhibition, I came across the organized by cizucu.
The format of a joint exhibition featuring A2-sized photo posters, along with gallery talks where creators can share their thoughts about their works, and the opportunity to participate in the exhibition setup if desired, all appealed to me.

Not just showcasing photos, but also directly conveying the creator's voice felt like a perfect fit for me at the time, so I decided to participate on the spot.

Have you experienced any changes after participating multiple times?

I've never believed that photography is solely about 'viewing and showing.' The emotions in the creator's heart, the breath of the moment experienced on-site, and the reason for choosing that particular moment—these are best conveyed through the creator's voice.

After participating in the , this belief has grown even stronger. Standing before the works, engaging in conversations, and exchanging thoughts with others have made me realize the importance of these interactions.

What do you find most appealing about the photo poster project?

The biggest appeal of the lies in the gallery talks. Behind each work, there are always surprising stories, and every time I hear them, I find myself deeply drawn in. It's not uncommon for the impression of a work to change completely before and after the talk.

The exhibition also features a wide variety of genres, each showcasing unique perspectives that inspire and stimulate one another. The entire space becomes a powerful and captivating experience.
