The travel booking service is sponsoring the photo poster project, which is scheduled to take place in Tokyo on August 31! The theme is 'Memorable Travels.' This warm gathering invites travel enthusiasts to connect and share stories inspired by a single travel photo.

Participation and application are free, and anyone with a photo of 'Memorable Travels' can apply. Note that exhibitors will be selected through a screening process. For more details, please refer to this magazine.

What is the photo poster project?

The photo poster project is an interactive exhibition where you can connect with others who share the same 'passion' through a single photo. By submitting your photo in advance, your photo will be displayed at the venue on the event day.

Participants are required to attend in person, creating a natural opportunity for conversations among those who share the same theme. Additionally, after the event, participants will receive a 'message of love'—a heartfelt gift of words, making it a warm and memorable experience.

Theme

The theme for this event is 'Memorable Travels.' At Cocolocala, we believe that travel enriches life. The people you meet, the scenery you see, and the accommodations you stay in—all of these elements color the journey of life.

Both domestic and international travel destinations are welcome. Whether it's landscapes, food, or people, any photo related to travel is acceptable. A photo that sparks a travel story when shared with others will make the exhibition even more enjoyable.

How to Participate

Anyone who can attend the venue on the day of the event can apply for free. Once selected through the screening process, you can participate in the exhibition for free.

Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to early applicants. Successful applicants will receive an email, and all applicants will be notified of their participation status by August 22 (Friday).

(3) If you receive a 'selection confirmation' email, click the 'Participation Confirmation Page' button in the email to confirm your participation (all participants will be notified by August 22)

(4) No special preparation is required! Just arrive at the venue by the designated time on the day of the event

  • Submit photos that meet the following conditions:
    • Photo Size Requirements
      • (Mandatory) Minimum 2000 pixels on the shorter side
      • (Recommended) Approximately 7020×4950 pixels
    • Portrait orientation only
    • Single photos only (collages, photos with text, or framed works are not accepted)
  • To ensure a positive experience for all participants, please read the community rules when applying.
  • Photos of the event will be taken on the day. These may be used on the website, social media, or advertisements.
  • Participants present at the end of the event can take their photo posters home. Shipping is not available.

A: This exhibition is sponsored by a company and differs from the usual photo poster project, so there is no participation fee.

Q: Can I take the poster home?
A: You can take it home if you are present at the venue at the end of the event (16:00). Please note that shipping is not available. Also, please bring your own bag for the poster.

A: Absolutely! Once you receive the participation confirmation email, feel free to share it on social media.

Q: I heard I can create business cards. How can I do that?
A: After your participation is confirmed, details will be provided via email. Please note that business card creation is a paid service.
