[Exhibitors Wanted] July Event in Osaka | Showcase Your Photos as Posters | Release #517

The is a photo exhibition where photographers gather to share the joy of showcasing their work and the opportunity to grow together.

The event will take place on Saturday, July 12, at in Osaka.

Participating in the hosted by cizucu is very simple:


(1) Choose the venue and date 

(2) Make an easy payment via credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay 

(3) Submit your work to cizucu to apply


All you need to do after that is show up at the venue. Many photographers from the same area will also participate, so you might find future photography friends.

【Required Attendance Time for Exhibitors】
14:30 ~ 16:30
* During this time, you must be present at the venue.

【Participation Fee】
6,000 yen (includes A2 printing, setup, and venue fees)
* Viewing and admission to the exhibition are free.

"A Photo Worth Sharing"
Submit a photo that captures a memorable moment, a breathtaking view during your travels, or a cherished memory with someone special.

Please read the following notes carefully before applying:

• If your participation is confirmed, the participation fee will be 6,000 yen (including printing, setup, and venue fees). The fee will still apply even if you fail to submit your work or are absent on the day of the event.
• Submit works that meet the following conditions:
  • File size requirements
    • (Recommended) Approximately 7020×4950 pixels
    • (Mandatory) At least 3307×4677 pixels
  • Portrait orientation only
  • Single photo (collages, photos with text, or framed works are not allowed)
• To ensure all participants have a positive experience, please read the community rules at the time of application.
• Photos of the event will be taken on the day. These may be published on the website, social media, or advertisements.
• Participants present at the end of the event can take their photo posters home. Shipping is not available.

Q: How do I pay the participation fee?
A: After selecting the venue and date, you can pay via "credit card" or, depending on your device, "Apple Pay" or "Google Pay." Please note that refunds are not available after payment, and the participation fee will still apply if you are absent on the day.

Q: Where can I submit my work?
A: After completing the payment, you can submit your work via the automatically redirected page or the link provided in the confirmation email.

Q: Can I take the poster home?
A: You can take your poster home by being present at the venue at the end of the event (17:00). Please note that shipping is not available, and you are responsible for bringing your own bag for the poster.

Q: Can I invite friends to view the exhibition?
A: Absolutely! Once you receive the participation confirmation email, feel free to share the event on social media.

Q: I heard I can create business cards. How can I do that?
A: Details will be provided via email after your participation is confirmed.
