[Call for Exhibitors] June Event in Kobe | Showcase Your Photos as Posters | Release #514

The is an exhibition where photographers gather to share the joy of showcasing their works and the opportunity to grow together.

It will be held on Sunday, June 29, at in Kobe.

Participating in the , hosted by cizucu, is very simple.


(1) Choose the exhibition location and date

(2) Make an easy payment via credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay

(3) Submit your work to cizucu to apply


All that's left is to visit the venue. Many photographers from the same area will also participate, so you might find future photography friends.

Mandatory Attendance Time for Exhibitors:
1:30 PM ~ 3:30 PM
* Exhibitors are required to be present during this time.

Participation Fee:
6,000 yen (includes A2 printing, setup, and venue fees)
* Admission and viewing are free.

Theme:
“Shapes”
Submit works that express “shapes” that catch your attention, convey emotions, or are part of your daily life. Feel free to interpret the theme “shapes” in your own way.

Please read the following notes carefully before applying.

• Once your participation is confirmed, the participation fee of 6,000 yen (includes printing, setup, and venue fees) will apply. The fee will still be charged even if you fail to submit your work or are absent on the event day.
• Submit works that meet the following conditions:
  • File Size Requirements
    • (Recommended) Approximately 7020×4950 pixels
    • (Mandatory) At least 3307×4677 pixels
  • Portrait orientation only
  • Single photo (collages, photos with text, or framed works are not allowed)
• To ensure all participants feel the event was worthwhile, please read the community rules during the application process.
• Photos of the event will be taken on the day. These may be used on the website, social media, or advertisements.
• Participants present at the end of the event can take their photo posters home. Shipping is not available.

Q: How do I pay the participation fee?
A: After selecting the exhibition location and date, you can pay via “credit card” or, depending on your device, “Apple Pay” or “Google Pay.” Please note that refunds are not available after payment. The fee will still apply even if you are absent on the day.

Q: Where can I submit my work?
A: After completing the payment, you can submit your work via the automatically redirected page or the link provided in the confirmation email.

Q: Can I take the poster home?
A: You can take your poster home by being present at the venue at the end of the event (4:00 PM). Please note that shipping is not available. Bring your own bag for carrying the poster.

Q: Can I invite friends to view the exhibition?
A: Absolutely! After receiving your participation confirmation email, feel free to share the event on social media.

Q: I heard I can create business cards. How can I do that?
A: Details will be provided via email after your participation is confirmed.
