6,000 yen (includes A2 printing, setup, and venue costs)

Important Notes

Please read the following notes carefully before applying:

  • If your participation is confirmed, the participation fee of 6,000 yen (includes printing, setup, and venue costs) will apply. The fee is non-refundable, even if you fail to submit your work or are absent on the day of the event.
  • Submit works that meet the following conditions:
    • File Size Requirements
      • (Recommended) Approximately 7020×4950 pixels
      • (Mandatory) At least 3307×4677 pixels
    • Vertical photos only
    • Single photos only (collages, photos with text, or framed works are not allowed)
  • To ensure all participants have a positive experience, please read the community rules carefully when applying.
  • Photos of the event will be taken on the day. These may be used on the website, social media, or advertisements.
  • Participants present at the end of the event can take their photo posters home. Shipping is not available.
