[Exhibitors Wanted] May Event in Kobe | Showcase Your Photos as Posters | Release #486

Want to display your photos? Looking for photographer friends? The event allows you to achieve these dreams just by posting your photos on cizucu. It will be held on Saturday, May 31, at in Kobe.

Participating in the hosted by cizucu is very easy.

Then, just come to the venue. Many photographers from the same area will participate, so you might find future photography friends.

Please read the following notes carefully before applying.

• If your participation in the event is confirmed, the participation fee is 6,000 yen (includes print fee, setup fee, and venue fee). The fee applies even if you do not submit your work or are absent on the day.
• Please submit works that meet the following conditions.
  • File size requirements
    • (Recommended) Approximately 7020×4950 pixels
    • (Required) At least 3307×4677 pixels
  • Vertical works only
• To ensure all participants feel "glad to have participated," please read the community rules at the time of application.
• Photos of the event will be taken on the day. The event may be featured on the organizer's website and social media.
• Participants present at the end of the event can take their photo posters home. We do not offer shipping services.

Q: How do I pay the participation fee?
A: After selecting the venue and date, you can pay using "credit card" or, depending on your device, "Apple Pay" or "Google Pay." Please note that refunds are not available after payment, and the participation fee applies even if you are absent on the day.

Q: Where can I submit my work?
A: After completing the payment, the following page will be where you can submit your work.

Q: Can I take the poster home?
A: You can take it home by being present at the venue at the end of the event (17:00). Please note that we do not offer shipping services. Also, please bring your own bag for carrying the poster.

Q: Can I invite friends to see the exhibition?
A: Absolutely! After receiving your participation confirmation email, please feel free to announce it on social media.

Q: I heard I can make business cards, how can I do that?
A: Details will be provided via email after your participation is confirmed.
