While immersing yourself in considerations of light, composition, and all things photographic is a true joy, sometimes it’s refreshing to release those concerns and simply press the shutter as your heart and camera guide you. In doing so, you may stumble upon unexpected discoveries or reconnect with your creative roots.
This time, under the theme ‘Don’t Think, Just Shoot!’ advocated by Lomography, we are calling for intuitive photographs—images that may defy conventional standards of beauty, yet possess an undeniable allure. Through this contest, we aim to bridge the gap between heart and camera, and to explore richer forms of photographic expression.
Of course, submissions shot on Lomography are welcome, but so are those captured with any other medium.
