NX QD

Film Camera / NX

605g

The CONTAX NX QD is a practical 35mm AF SLR featuring the N mount, suited to intermediate and advanced users who want to use the N system, as well as those who want to make use of AE/AF when shooting on film. While prioritizing ease of use over the higher-end N1, it retains solid support for interchangeable lenses and system expandability.

How to use · This body is intended to be used with Carl Zeiss N-mount lenses. If you plan to use date imprinting, it is worth checking before purchase whether the individual camera has a data back, as well as the condition of the battery compartment and display system.

Watchouts · The QD designation may refer to a version with a data back, but the publicly available manual lists the body specification as both NX/NXD, so the exact model designation should be verified. It is for the N mount only and is not compatible with current, commonly used lenses for AF SLRs from other manufacturers.
