How to use · By mounting a Carl Zeiss manual-focus lens with a Contax/Yashica (C/Y) mount, this camera achieves autofocus by moving the film plane back and forth. This enables quick focusing while making use of your existing MF lens collection.

Watchouts · Because it incorporates a proprietary AF mechanism, the body is larger and heavier than that of a typical single-lens reflex camera.
