How to use · Features a “Framing Assist” function that helps when you lose track of your subject during super-telephoto shooting. Press the “Search” button at the base of the lens barrel to temporarily reduce the zoom magnification and find the subject again, then use the “Lock” button to enhance optical image stabilization.

Watchouts · When using the zoom, especially at the maximum telephoto setting, a tripod is recommended to reduce the effects of camera shake. In some production batches (some units manufactured from September to November 2013), substances in the rubber part of the viewfinder could rarely cause allergic reactions, and those units were subject to a recall.
