After a full week of work, sport, and house chores, I find incredible happiness in going for a solo exploration of the vegan pastry shops in town. At the counter, I take my time to decide on the dessert that matches my day vibes. Then, when it arrives, I savor every little piece with wonder: what are the ingredients of the sponge, which spices were used, and how is the custard made? I feel lucky and happy to be able to eat a delicious treat that is good for me and for the planet, without hurting the animals. When it is time to leave the shop, I feel recharged with positive vibes, grateful, and ready to take on what the next week has in store for me. '유키무시'라고 하는 지독한 벌레를 만나 꽤 고생하기도 했고, 완벽하게 세팅하고 촬영한 장면이 아니기 때문에 다소 어지럽기도 하지만, 마음의 일렁거림이 제법 담겨졌다고 생각해 좋아하는 사진입니다. This is probably the autumn scenery we’ll soon encounter. I didn’t particularly like autumn, but as I’ve accumulated memories of enjoying the scenery and spending time with people I cherish, I’ve grown to love it. I took this photo when I traveled alone to Hokkaido, and I felt a sense of "An Enchanted Realm," which inspired me to name it "Holgyeong (惚境)." I had quite a hard time dealing with a pesky insect called "Yukimushi," and since the scene wasn’t perfectly set up for the shoot, it might seem a bit chaotic. Final year of university. Three best friends. No car, no plan, and jackets that lied about being waterproof. The goal? Reach the lake at Lake District National Park. The reality? The best failed attempt. We rented a tiny cabin on the park’s edge and set off like adventurers… who forgot to read the instructions. We marched through sideways rain, squelchy grass, and somehow… a factory? We climbed hills, jumped questionable fences, greeted sheep like old friends, and pretended we knew where we were going. We never made it to the lake. But we did soak our “waterproof” jackets, barbecue in the rain, and laugh until our faces hurt. Sometimes the best trips aren’t about the destination. I was in the jungles of India and travelling in an open top jeep as usual. On a small bumpy road we saw a deer running and jumping across the road about 5 yards in front of us. We kept driving and suddenly we see that a Tiger was chasing the Deer and as our jeep reached that point - the Tiger was in his stride to jump across the road in an attempt to catch the deer. The Tiger stopped as soon as he saw our jeep in his path. If we were even half a second late - the TIger may not have been able to stop and likely would have leapt - probably landing in our jeep. He stopped in time - he sat and stared at us for a while and then walked away from the jeep. We waited in the area - and the Tiger also staye din the vicinity - sitting for a bit and then walking around.
