          <title><![CDATA[In December 2025, I mentored a group of medical students from Lee Kong Chian Medical School on their overseas community involvement project (OCIP) in Kolkata.   Project Kolkata serves women who are currently or formerly in the sex trade.           <title><![CDATA[I didn’t really start my photography journey until a year ago when I got my first mirrorless camera, every shot to me is like a time capsule generator, like everything just freezes and stays at that very moment for every shutter release.  I am mainly a self proclaimed “cat photographer” now since I’ve been taking pictures of street cats in a park that is inside a super crowded area. I am not quite sure how the first batch of cats got there but they are mostly the offsprings of stray cats being abandoned there years ago.   I chose this picture particularly due to the fact that the moment is just so immaculate that he cat is posing like a guy with cool aura, that’s it.           <title><![CDATA[TOO CLOSE FOR COMFORT  Being one with Nature is the most comforting and sublime experience that i have ever had.   I was in the jungles of India and travelling in an open top jeep as usual. On a small bumpy road we saw a deer running and jumping across the road about 5 yards in front of us. We kept driving and suddenly we see that a Tiger was chasing the Deer and as our jeep reached that point - the Tiger was in his stride to jump across the road in an attempt to catch the deer. The Tiger stopped as soon as he saw our jeep in his path.   If we were even half a second late - the TIger may not have been able to stop and likely would have leapt - probably landing in our jeep.  He stopped in time - he sat and stared at us for a while and then walked away from the jeep.   We waited in the area - and the Tiger also staye din the vicinity - sitting for a bit and then walking around. Staring at us angrily from time to time   I hope i have been able to capture his displeasure / anger in this picture | DM]]></title>

          <title><![CDATA[This photograph was taken in France last November. It depicts straw and a tarp found in a field. I made very minimal edits to the image, but the light on that day—softened by fog—transports us into what feels like a photography studio or an artist’s workshop from the 19th century. To me, the drapery appears almost sculptural.  この写真は昨年11月にフランスで撮影されました。写っているのは、畑で見つけた藁とブルーシートです。画像にはほとんど編集を加えていませんが、その日の霧に包まれた光によって、まるで19世紀の写真スタジオや芸術家のアトリエにいるかのような感覚が生まれています。私にとって、このドレープはほとんど彫刻的に感じられます。 | Bonjour tangor]]></title>
