As someone who loves capturing lines, symmetry and geometry, this spot was on the top of my list of places to visit in the city. When I arrived it in the morning, the play of light and shadow was just perfect. I waited for a while, hoping for a subject to step into the frame and add a sense of scale and depth. In this work, the body floats in suspension, poised between endurance and release. Water serves as both cradle and weight, holding the figure while evoking emotional depth and psychological gravity. The surrounding landscape remains serene, almost indifferent, intensifying the contrast between inner turbulence and outward calm.  This image reflects on the fragile threshold between surrender and survival. Agony is not presented as spectacle, but as an intimate and interior condition.           <title><![CDATA[This portrait was taken in Moscow 2022 during my first experiments with fashion portrait photography. At that time, I had just gained access to a studio, and the model and I simply played with light, without a clear plan or expectations. It was an attempt to capture a mood rather than create a specific image.  The result was a photograph that remains one of my favorites to this day. There is a sense of silence and depth in it, as if the gaze comes from another time. The light gently draws the face out of the darkness, leaving a feeling of both fragility and inner strength.           <title><![CDATA[The Last Interred  I brought a medium format camera to my grandmother’s funeral to capture the beauty found in the face of death. Rather than a mournful event, we celebrated her life and marked a new chapter in our family’s collective memory. She was the last of us to be interred; the rising cost and difficulty of burial mean that those who follow her will not have the same physical anchor. Without the permanence of a grave, future generations risk becoming only faint memories. In this shift, these photographs are meant to do more than just document.           <title><![CDATA[This photo was taken last year during the Chinese New Year period, where I stumbled upon this monastery nearby where I live. As I explored the place, I started taking notice of this one elderly lady circling this large structure by herself as she recites her prayer and holds onto her incense. What drew me to this scene was how shooting through the plastic cover (used to shelter the place) helps blur the colours and detail of the structure behind her and silhouette the woman even more, which helps really translate the feeling of serene isolation I wanted to capture. To me, street photography has always been about having the sense to capture the scenes in the everyday that might've otherwise gone unnoticed, but the ability to further express the emotional depth within a particular moment   on top of authenticity is what has led me to start adopting abstract elements in my photography. | a.da.md]]></title>

          <title><![CDATA[This photograph was taken at Badwater Basin in Death Valley National Park, USA, at around 6:30 in the evening during golden hour. In the distance, three people sat quietly on the vast salt flats. Before them stood a mountain range, with the sun slowly descending behind it. Seeing this scene, I instinctively raised my camera and pressed the shutter.  What moved me in that moment was the quiet power of nature, its scale, its stillness, and its beauty.  Standing there, I felt how small we are in comparison, and how many of the worries we carry in daily life fade when placed against something so immense.
