An opened umbrella covers a shopping basket. From a distance, it resembles a standing figure, presenting the form of “protection.”  Yet this protection does not arise from consciousness; it is merely the accidental arrangement of objects.  Behavior can be visualized.Posture can be imitated. But understanding cannot be replicated.  The umbrella appears gentle, as if deliberately guarding what lies beneath it. Yet it does not know that it is protecting. It cannot comprehend the rain, the objects, or loneliness.  Loneliness does not belong to the unconscious. It belongs to the being that is aware of its own existence.  To be human is not defined by form or movement, but by an awareness of being — by understanding the distance between oneself and the world. Even after walking for so many days, the Warkari still had so much energy left to play these traditional games. I saw them starting to form these human pyramids and circles, and I knew I had to get a different view. I actually sat down on the ground and leaned back to shoot from a very low angle. I wanted to show how they look up at each other and support one another. You can see the mud and sweat on their faces, but more than that, you just see how happy they are to be together in that moment. | msquare more]]></title>

          <title><![CDATA[A few days back, I had the privilege of attending a Kathakali performance at Kalamandam centre in Fort Kochi. I was also welcomed to watch them prepare themselves for the performance. Right from the base makeup, to the quills added to make the broad jaw, the frills added to make the flawless  outfit and then the stunning jewellery.It was so thrilling to see it all come together in a span of 3 hours which were dedicatedly spent in donning a persona that felt so real.  This photograph is also a part of 'Hands that speak' a series of photos/videos I capture to show people from different walks of life through small gestures in the form of photos/ videos. | AnushkaR]]></title>

Each trail is a journey, a fleeting moment of someone chasing a destination, a dream, or simply tomorrow. In contrast, the illuminated structure remains calm and composed, as if quietly observing the city’s endless rhythm.  This photograph becomes a dialogue between permanence and impermanence.           <title><![CDATA[Feral Grace II: Bound, Yet Willing to Fly  Feral Grace is a photographic series created in 2025, consisting of six works. This image is the second piece in the series.  At the beginning of this project, I believed freedom meant the absence of restraint—an escape from all forms of binding. However, through the process of creating this work, my understanding of freedom shifted.  The body in the image is tethered by ropes, suggesting entanglement with reality, emotion, or fate. Birds circle the sky above, embodying instinct, desire, and untamed movement. A red glow pulses beneath the figure, symbolizing an inner force—caught between suppression and momentum.  Freedom, I came to realize, is not defined by being unbound, but by the willingness to move forward despite restraint.             <media:title><![CDATA[Feral Grace II: Bound, Yet Willing to Fly  Feral Grace is a photographic series created in 2025, consisting of six works. This image is the second piece in the series.  At the beginning of this project, I believed freedom meant the absence of restraint—an escape from all forms of binding. However, through the process of creating this work, my understanding of freedom shifted.  The body in the image is tethered by ropes, suggesting entanglement with reality, emotion, or fate. Birds circle the sky above, embodying instinct, desire, and untamed movement. A red glow pulses beneath the figure, symbolizing an inner force—caught between suppression and momentum.  Freedom, I came to realize, is not defined by being unbound, but by the willingness to move forward despite restraint.
